  • SHIPrq is a direct partner of WiseTech Global (also known as Pierbridge) and offers support for existing TM1/Agile clients as well as Transtream clients.
  • SHIPrq offers an upgrade path from TME1/Agile to Transtream for clients who are looking to regain carrier compliance and dealer support.
  • SHIPrq performs fresh installs of Transtream for clients who are installing their first enterprise software package or switching from another provider.
  • All SHIPrq software is multi-carrier and can be completely customized to fit client needs.

Every great shipping software is backed by an exceptional team. At SHIPrq, we work closely with our developers and in-house engineers to provide unmatched customer service. Our commitment is to ensure you have the support you need, whenever you need it.

Support Structure

  • SHIPrq offers annual support for clients using Agile Elite or Transtream Shipping Software.
  • Standard Support hours are 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Central Time, with the option of 24/7 Support as an addition to the annual contract.
  • SHIPrq can also custom-tailor support schedules. For example, Monday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM.
  • All support services are handled by Enterprise Software Engineers based in the United States.

Customer Service

  • SHIPrq understands that having issues with an enterprise Shipping system is not something that can wait. SHIPrq will always treat issues quickly and prides itself on channeling your support instance to a resource who knows your system.
  • We believe strongly in picking up the phone and discussing client needs directly so well qualified individuals can quickly and effectively devise a clear and concise solution that both parties understand and agree upon.
  • All SHIPrq customers are assigned a primary and secondary Software Engineer who will grow to become intimately familiar with the client’s configuration.
  • SHIPrq clients have access to resources through direct phone numbers. We appreciate and use technology for our Engineering and Support services such as our support portal, but we can be reached by calling too.

Billable Work

  • As with other software services providers, custom projects will be billed under a PCR (project change request).
  • SHIPrq PCRs are structured as “fixed bid not to exceed”. This allows for a cost consensus up front project and the ability for clients to budget accordingly.
  • SHIPrq will notify clients in advance if we deem a project will be taking on changes that are not part of the original PCR scope.
  • SHIPrq also offers the ability for customers to purchase a bank of hours in any amount which can be billed accordingly for immediate requests.
  • SHIPrq does not exercise a “nickel and dime” income strategy. The goal is for clients to feel fully compelled to renew annual support contracts, or better yet- extend the contract beyond an annual commitment. We are a long-term partner.
